Reproduction 63-67 Chevrolet C2 Midyear Corvette Owners Kit

1963-67 Corvette Owners Kit was a Corvette welcome aboard complimentary promotional kit that was mailed out exclusively to select Corvette owners. The owner would fill out a tear away coupon located in the front of his owners manual and send it to GM. With that GM would mail out the kit no charge containing 18 karat gold lapel pin in a small lite blue plastic jewelry box...these were supplied from the L.G. Balfor jewelry company. A personalized signed letter from the president of Chevrolet, 3-inch wool jacket patch, a personalized plastic identification card which had the serial number and owners name, and key numbers embossed into it, a copy of Corvette news for the month it was mailed, all came in a colorful folder, all mailed in a matching corvette postmarked envelope.

GM mailed out a colorful "Gordon B.Miller " adventure in Corvette gift accessory catalogue and price list of special Corvette promotional products exclusively such as tie clips, women's scarfs, driving gloves, picnic blankets, even a start stop timer and speed pilot to name a few..... Highly sought after, few corvette owners took advantage of these offers.

Most of the time these kits were lost or broken up or sold away from their respective cars.... Cars having these kits intact sometimes shown at places like Bloomington Gold, NCRS national events bring great acclamation.
